    Dear Nurul,
    I am your premium member and would like to find out from you:

    1) Normally, do you engaged external cleaner to do cleaning before and after customer check-in and check-out? Since cleaning fee is quite high at my area (RM80-RM90 per time), it will increase the cost to run homestay business. I would like to know how you manage the cleaning of homestay unit?

    2) Beside this, the utility fee also quite high (especially TNB electricy bill) as customer normally on the air-conditioner whole night or whole day when stay at homestay unit. How do you manage this high TNB bill? Will you share the TNB bill with the owner (50% owner, 50% yourself)?
